Cutting edge technology requires significant capital investment in tools and equipment with critical dimensions on the micro and nano scales. Semiconductor fabrication facilities and electron microscope laboratories are filled with sources that can degrade tool performance. A Quantridge solution monitors vibration, acoustic noise, temperature, and other factors and compares the results against a tool’s unique specification. Data Security

Protecting our client's confidential information is central to Laboratory Monitor's technical architecture design. Using a discrete IoT infrastructure, all data collected and transmitted is independent of our client's networks. Therefore, it is impossible for Laboratory Monitor to extract sensitive data from client's networks or be a conduit for malware or cyber attacks. All data is then stored on a secure cloud that is trusted by governments, commercial, and financial institutions.
